This is because in addition to in-house expertise, our relationships with most of the local companies involved in eco refurbishment enable us to manage the required range of sub-contractors to complete projects of all sizes.

The Green Building Partnership also works with other organisations such as Brighton & Hove 1010 and Brighton Energy Co-op to help engage communities and access funding streams for community-based energy projects. In such cases, private house owners can achieve eco refurbishment at much lower cost than they would be able to do on their own.
