We offer:

Energy Assessment of Buildings

We use a variety of techniques to assess the energy performance of buildings. We have expertise in SAP, Code for Sustainable Homes and Passivhaus Planning Packages.

Design

Our focus is on helping clients design green refurbishment. We do this by using tools to assess current and potential energy performance of a building, and drawing upon our knowledge of energy efficiency measures to design projects that meet our client’s needs.

We are able to demonstrate the financial impacts of the measures by looking at the project costs and benefits of each combination of measures to help you make informed decisions.

We also provide architectural design services and are able to navigate the complexity of Planning and Building Regulations for you.

Project Management

Green refurbishments can only be successful if the measures are chosen and installed properly. This is turn requires careful project management to ensure people on site have the information they need to do an excellent job.

The Green Building Partnership provides end-to-end project management services from product procurement to training to quality control and sign-off.

The Green Building Partnership has a passion to make our built environment more energy efficient. We work with the public sector to address this in their own assets, such as council housing, and in delivering projects run by local authorities.
